CONSULTING:

• Site Assessments: Investigative analysis, Field evaluation, recommendations, and opinions of cost.
• Design and Specification Development: Product research, specification and scope of work documentation, and installation detailing.
• Documentation Review: Plan and specification review.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT:

• Contract Administration: Owner representation and management of construction schedule, submittal review, cost control, and payment application verification.
• Site Inspection: Verification of specification compliance through on-site inspection of work in progress.

INSTALLATION:

• Sub-contractual Agreements: Commercial and institutional installation of exclusively held products; installation of dealer network product sales.
• Prime-Contractual Agreements: Manufacturer certified installation of exclusively distributed products, and installation of non-commodity residential and commercial products.
